Lakeside Village Association

Dear Lakeside Village Association Members;

Enclosed is the 2019 updated packet we believe increases your understanding of how the LVA Board operates as the governing body for the care and/or maintenance of the LVA common property. The LVA common property consists primarily of the lake, a 10-20 foot strip surrounding the lake, three walkways on the westside and Lakeside Drive.

The attached packet of materials contains Lakeside Village Association:

  1. Procedures and Organization - (pages 1-3) Setting forth how and when LVA Board elections and Meetings are conducted, as well as the duties and responsibilities of the various Board officers.

  2. Rules and Regulations - (pages 4-7) A list of the dos and don'ts around the usage of LVA common property that all members must abide. new for 2019-increase in late fee charges

  3. Appendix A: Lakeside Village Association Dangerous Dog Rules - (page 7)

  4. Appendix B: Lakeside Village Association Rules on Airbb/short-term rentals - (page 8)

  5. Board Member Commitment - (page 9) Expectations for serving on the LVA Board.

Additionally, LVA Warranty Deeds and By-Laws are available by accessing the Franklin County Recorder's office at https://recorder.franklincountyohio.gov

Please make note of page 5, paragraph 13 in the LVA Rules and Regulations. It stipulates that when you sell your home, perspective buyers be made aware of the contents of this packet as well as the LVA Warranty Deeds and By-Laws. Compliance with this provision will provide transparency for buyers.
